Abduction pillow: A detachable cushioned element at the front of the seat, which is in place to splay the legs to a certain extent. The following situations may give rise to fitting and abduction pillow, if a scissor movement of the legs occurs as a result of spastic movements, for rotation or squint sitting posture or a hip problem. One or more of these situations often occur when the user exerts himself. The abduction pillow is a cylindrical foam element. The abduction wedge is a triangular tailor-made element. The abduction wedge is certainly not intended to prevent the user sliding forward in the seat.
